Please PLEASE - stock the bar with a bottle of Johnie Walker Blue Label. I don't mind if a cocktail made with Blue Label would cost a lot, I'll pay whatever it costs. I would come out there almost every night, for a Manhattan made with Blue Label.

Ran into a couple of your employees (Kim & Sari) on a trip to Hinkley, MN. They touted your restaurant to no end. And after looking at your website, I found it to be a nicer more elegant restaurant than I imagined. And if all your employees acted and portrayed your restaurant as they did, advertisement elsewhere would not be needed. I have traveled through Ashland many times in the past. And because of your restaurant ambassadors, my wife and I will be stopping in the future. You have my recommendation.
